Day 17 - Vegan Kick Start

It's Day 17 of the Vegan Kick Start and here's what I had:

Breakfast:
  • Sprouted Grain English Muffin with Peanut Butter and Jelly
  • Cherry, Banana, and Orange Juice Smoothie
  • Banana
Lunch:
  • Vegetable and Chickpea Soup
Snacks:
  • Almonds
  • Clementine
  • Apple
  • Sorbet
Dinner:
  • Garlic Buttered Noodles (whole wheat, of course!)
  • Field Roast Vegetarian Sausage
  • Broccoli
