It's day six of the Vegan Kick Start and here is what I had:
Breakfast:
- Sprouted Grain English Muffin with Almond Butter
- Strawberry, Blueberry, Banana, and Orange Juice Smoothie
Lunch:
Dinner:
- Vegetable Pizza - Onions, Green Peppers, Black Olive, Green Olives, and lost of red sauce
Snacks:
Went out for pizza tonight at a local pizzeria in my home town. I ordered my own pizza with out cheese and with lots of vegetables. It was good, but next time I would order the thick crust instead of the thin crust and extra sauce. It was a little dry. Overall, really good pizza experience!
